The first collected issue of Kitajima’s famous project. Keizo Kitajima produced 12 monthly photocopied zines for the CAMP gallery under the name ‘photo mail tokyo’. This volume collects together all of these volumes plus striking colour work that was not included initially. A raw, close up stream of consciousness series of images captured in walking the backstreets of Tokyo. An incredible body of work, continually arresting in its confrontation and movement.
