Delivery & Returns

Tenderbooks is a small business and we are usually only able to ship orders twice per week. Shipping times may vary depending on your destination. Thank you for your patience <3 

Your order will normally be dispatched within 3 days at which point you will receive a dispatch email from us. The approximate time scales are as follows:

UK - 2-5 days
EU - 7-14 days
If your order has not arrived in this time please contact us hello(at)tenderbooks.co.uk and we will advise you accordingly.

Costs are determined by the weight of your order and are approximately as follows:
UK up to 0.5kg £4.00
UK up to 1kg £6.00
UK up to 2.27kg £9.00
UK up to 9.07kg £19.00
EU flat rate up £25.00

This will be processed at the time of checkout

Please ensure all delivery information is correct at the time of your order. We aim to ship promptly and will email you with tracking information (please check your junk folder!). We hold no responsibility if your parcel is held in customs and unfortunately we cannot predict if this will happen. We do not cover any local duties and taxes that may be applied. 

Returns

For in-store shop purchases, we will exchange or issue a credit note for items returned with proof of purchase and in their original condition within 14 days of purchase.

For online purchases please contact us within 14 days of purchase to arrange safe return of the item. Once your item has been received we can issue you a credit note for use online or in-store.
