An important social document of the Liverpool beat scene. Juergen Seuss shoots the bands and the clubs but also turns his lens to the social conditions of the city in its streets, architecture and people. The publication includes a 7"/ 45 vinyl record featuring The Clayton Squares at The Cavern Club on the A side, and The Hideaways at The Sink Club on the B side. This atmospheric recording is one of the few to document the more underground end of the Liverpool scene at the time.
