La Trilogie du Bonheur - Marvin Bonheur

This book is the first book by the artist Marvin Bonheur and brings together 10 years of photographs taken in the department of Seine-Saint-Denis where he grew up. His gaze, sometimes tender, nostalgic or critical, bears witness to his experience in this unique territory.

Marvin Bonheur, born in August 1991, grew up in places often described as "no go zones", where hope is rare and the atmosphere heavy. With his friends, he hangs out, he plays, but very early on feels the negative vibes linked to his identity and his origins. In his childhood, he is revolted by the idea that the dream is not made for a young person from the neighborhood, whose only goal is to keep his feet on the asphalt.
