The restaurant featured a plant-based menu with dishes being served on fine ceramic tableware by Rosanjin Kitaoji and Lucie Rie. The restaurant was a favourite with many prominent figures such as Issey Miyake and Haruki Murakami. This book includes English translations of Fukiko Yokoyama's refined recipes together with stunning visuals of the innovative vegetable dishes.
