The first book by the brand COSMIC WONDER established in 1997 and describing itself as a 'conceptual project comprising various modes of expression from clothing, artwork and publishing to performance'. 

This first book project is put together by designer Maeda Yukinori. He states: 'I wanted to create "clothes that are not so-called clothing, but are creative objects" and show scenes of people wearing them in their daily lives in a photo book. In creating the photo book, I was introduced to the members of a New York band called Actress. I asked them to wear dresses with walls and photographed them in their daily lives in New York.'
