A rare and sadly overlooked children's picture book by Japanese pop artist Keiichi Tanaami. Colourful panoramic paintings tell a popular story in Japanese mythology in which the God Susanoo battles with a huge snake with eight heads and eight tails. The vivid pictures show Susanoo helped along on his quest by a crew of friendly foxes, rabbits and owls. Children's author Yasuo Maekawa contributes the text in Japanese.
