A little rubbed.
A seminal, highly influential artist's book by Willats. This work documented a walk in an isolated area of industrial wasteland on the fringes of West London nicknamed 'The Lurky Place'. Willats looks at discarded objects found in the barren landscape which are used to map relationships between this vacant place and its surrounding neighbourhood. The publication was produced in conjunction with Willats' 1978 Lisson Gallery exhibition 'Questions about Ourselves'.
