A very good copy.
Tadanori Yokoo's first book and a major survey of his psychedelic graphic work throughout the 1960s. The confusing 'posthumous' title refers to an elaborate prank by Yokoo who, at age 29, wrote a fictional obituary advertising his own death. This book further embellished the story, being laid out as a memorial catalogue raisonee. Indeed the publication even includes a document of the artists' staged funeral attended by Mrs Yokoo, Kazuhito Tanaka and Shoji Terayama. An excellent reference and artwork in itself with a text by Yukio Mishima.
