A photographic study of the radical Japanese theatre troupe Tenjo Sajiki that was co-founded by Shūji Terayama, Kujō Kyōko, Yutaka Higashi, Tadanori Yokoo, and Fumiko Takagi. The productions of Tenjo Sajiki company were influenced by folklore combined with socially provocative and grotesquely erotic actions. A scarce collection of imagery with contributions from Terayama himself, Ikko Narahara, Hajime Sawatari, Issei Suda and Kishin Shinoyama.
