A beautiful programme designed by Kenneth Anger for the 1966 Spring Equinox screening of his Magick Lantern Cycle at Jonas Mekas' Film-makers' Cinematheque co-operative theatre. The booklet includes excerpts, notes and six preview images. An incredible piece of ephemera that gives a valuable insight into the avant-garde film scene of the mid 60s. Anger's programme notes also helpfully suggest the optimum moment in the schedule in which audience members could ingest their LSD sugar cubes.
